Terms & Conditions:
- Fulfilment Lead Time is based on Working Days (Monday-Friday)
- Fulfilment Fee is based on 1 given address only, additional locations will require a fee of $10 for each address
- Any rescheduling or missed deliveries are subjected to a fee of $10
- Upon fulfilment, customers with Frozen Items in their orders will be informed in advance of the delivery to ensure someone is at home to receive and keep the items in the fridge/freezer respectively
- In the event that no one is around to receive the Frozen & Non-Frozen Items and instructed to leave in Riser, Shoe Rack, Cooler Box/Bag, etc. Proof of Delivery will be given and Pet Department SG Pte. Ltd. will not be held liable for any damages/replacements
- Pet Department SG Pte. Ltd. will not be held liable for any missing items due to wrong address or (missing) unit numbers provided.
