Refund policy

Refund, Exchange & Return Policy

  • Any Refund, Exchange & Return of items are "case-by-case" basis
  • Only eligible within 7 days once an order is received
  • Items must be in its original and unopened condition
  • Items are not purchased under promotions or with discount codes
  • Items require a minimum shelf life of 6 months for perishables
  • Items are not under the frozen & chilled, beds, mats, cages, collars, harnesses, leashes, shoes, apparels, wearables category due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
  • A recollection fee of $10 will be charged for each address
  • Once the products are returned, the item conditions will be inspected
  • When approved, we will immediately process the refund from the original order or contact you for the exchange within 5 working days
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund

Options for Refund, Exchange & Return

  1. Pick-up: A recollection fee of $10 will be charged for each address
  2. Placing a new order: We can pick up the item(s) when the new order is being delivered and it must be made within 2 weeks from the date of previous delivery

Note: To be eligible for the refund/exchange/return, item conditions will be inspected and must be in the original condition you received (unused & unopened) with original packaging. Afterwards, a replacement or refund will be made through the same method of payment as the original order.

Regarding Damages & Defects

We sincerely apologize for the trouble caused, please do inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you discover any damaged/defective/missing item(s) or if you have received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
