We accept a number of payment modes such as PayNow to UEN, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD).

We don't offer repacking services because we encourage pet parents to keep their perishable items stored in air tight containers!

Gift Cards are like currency, they have no expiration dates and can be used in conjunction with discount codes.

If a gift card has been issued to you, please check the email you used to purchase with us or it might also have landed in the spam folder due to security reasons.

Products, Orders & Discount Codes (7)

The stock status bar only serves as a guideline, due to system limitations, it may take some time for changes to be reflected.

We will confirm with warehousing if the item is available, if it isn't, we will place an order with the supplier and reach out to you by Text Message or WhatsApp to let you know its earliest estimated availability.

Alternatively, you can also opt for a change of item, if not, we will proceed to issue a refund to you.

Yes, you can change items in your order if we have not processed it yet. You will be required to either top up the difference or be refunded in the form of Gift Card.

Yes, you may cancel your order if we have not proceeded to process it yet.

We will cancel your order and a refund will be made through the same method of payment as the original order.

We will try our best to fulfill your pet's needs ASAP if your supplies ever run low!

We also offer a Same-Day/Time-Specific Delivery option to cater for urgency! Please reach out and make an arrangement with us, your pet's needs are our top priority!

Please check if there are any minimum spending or eligibility requirements if it's not working or any expiry for the discount code. If there aren't, let us know so we can make up for it!

If it's a technical glitch, try clearing your cache > refreshing your browser > check out.

In order to prevent the misusage of discount codes, our team will manually check every time a discount code is being used to ensure accuracy and legitimacy.

If any is found, Pet Department SG Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to withhold the order and decline any future orders.

Delivery, Shipping & Self Collection (7)

Delivery Lead Time is based on 3-5 Working Days (Monday-Friday) from order cut-off timing.

Our usual delivery days and time is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 3-8pm. (Excluding weekend and PH)

You may change the delivery address at least 1 day before we arrange to dispatch your order. Kindly WhatsApp us at +65 8913 7280 for any changes. However, orders that have already been dispatched will be subjected to our Delivery Terms & Conditions.

Please provide "Delivery Instructions" for your order to be placed in the riser, at the shoe rack, in cooler box/bag, at the gate, pass to security, etc.

Proof of Delivery will be given and Pet Department SG Pte. Ltd will not be held liable for any damages/replacements.

In the event that our delivery man gets stranded due to residential security, we will contact you through Phone Calls or Text Messages for instructions before we reschedule another delivery date. Please note a re-delivery charge of $8 will be incurred.

Yes, we do accept refunds, exchanges or returns if it meets our Refund Policy.

We sincerely apologize for the trouble caused, please do inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you discover any damaged/defective/missing item(s) or if you have received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

During our Order Fulfilment Process, we triple-check your orders when we receive the items from suppliers, pick & pack it for dispatch and right before it is delivered to your doorsteps.

In the event that a product is close to its best by dates, we will reach out and inform you first for acknowledgment before fulfilling the item.
