Feeding Instructions
We always recommend that your pet consumes treats under supervision, especially when trying out a new treat. Some dogs (unusual for cats) are over ’zealous’ when it comes to tasty morsels and may not chew properly, resulting a possible choking situation.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the pouched product zip-locked for freshness. If buying bulk bags, keep the unused product in an airtight container for freshness and hygiene.
Refund Policy
Refund & Exchange/Return Policy
- Refund and Exchange/Return of products are "case-by-case" basis
- Only eligible within 7 days once an order is delivered (Refund) or from date an order is received (Exchange/Return)
- There will be a recollection fee of $10 for every delivery address
- Products have to be in its original condition (unopened)
- Exceptions: For hygiene purposes, wearables such as beds, mats, cages, collars, etc. are not eligible
- Once the products are returned, the item conditions will be inspected
- When approved, we will immediately process the Refund from the original order or contact you for the Exchange within 5 working days
- Purchases made with discount codes will be refunded through gift cards that have no expiry dates
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card to process and post the refund
Choices for Refund & Exchange/Return
- Pick-up: Recollection fee of $10 will be charged for every delivery address
- Place A New Order: We can pick up the item(s) when the new order is being delivered and it has to be made within 2 weeks from the date of previous delivery
Note: To be eligible for the refund/exchange/return, item conditions will be inspected and must be in the original condition you received (unused & unopened) with original packaging. Afterwards, a replacement or refund will be made through the same method of payment as the original order.
Regarding Damages/Defects & Issues
We sincerely apologize for the trouble caused, please do inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you discover any damaged/defective/missing item(s) or if you have received the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
